How to delete your data
Last updated: October 23, 2026
This page explains how to delete what Stream Studio (run by North Forge Media LLC) holds about you. The Privacy Policy lists what that is. You don't need to contact us for most of it: the buttons below do it immediately.
1. A posting account you connected (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram)
Open Connected accounts and click Disconnect next to the platform. The login tokens that platform gave us are deleted at that moment, along with the account's id, name and handle, and any post still waiting to go out there is cancelled. Clips already posted stay on the platform; delete them there if you want them gone.
You can also take our access away on the platform's side; we then can't use the tokens even before you disconnect:
- YouTube: the Google security settings page → Stream Studio → Remove access.
- TikTok: in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy → Security & permissions → Apps and services (the exact names change with app versions) → Stream Studio → Remove.
- Instagram (through Facebook): Facebook Settings → Apps and websites → Stream Studio → Remove. Facebook then offers Send request to have your data deleted: see section 4.
2. Clips and VODs
Delete a VOD from your dashboard and every clip made from it goes with it, including the feedback you gave on those clips. Clips are also deleted automatically at the end of your plan's retention period (7 to 180 days). A clip you published to the public feed disappears from it when it is deleted.
3. Your whole account
Email privacy@streamstudio.dev from the email address on your Twitch account (or from your account's Twitch login, so we know it's you) and say "delete my account". We delete the account, its VODs, clips, feedback and connected posting accounts within 30 days and confirm by email. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires, and a one-way code of your Twitch id is kept so a free trial can't be started twice.
4. Data deletion requests from Facebook
When you remove Stream Studio in your Facebook settings and click Send request, Facebook tells us
automatically. We delete your Instagram connection right away (the login tokens and the Instagram and Facebook
Page ids and names), cancel posts still waiting for it, and Facebook shows you a confirmation code with a link to a
status page at streamstudio.dev/data-deletion/<code>. Your Stream Studio account itself is not
affected by that request; use section 3 for it.
