Copyright & takedown requests

We respect the rights of streamers, game publishers and music owners. If a clip on this site uses your copyrighted work without permission, send us a takedown notice with the form below (or by email) and we'll act on it quickly, usually within one business day.

A valid notice needs everything below. Knowingly misrepresenting that content is infringing can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).

Link to the clip (the share link, e.g. https://…/c/abc123def456) * Your full name * Your email * Your postal address The copyrighted work you believe is infringed (what it is, and that you own it or act for the owner) * Anything else we should know (timestamps, where the original is, etc.) I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. What happens next

We review the notice. If it's complete and valid, we take the clip down and tell the user who made it, including your notice.
That user may send a counter-notice (see below). If they do, we forward it to you, and unless you tell us within 10 business days that you've filed a court action, we may restore the clip after 10–14 business days.
Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are terminated.

Counter-notice

If your clip was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, email our agent with: the link to the removed clip, your name, address and phone number, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or the Western District of Texas if outside the US) and that you'll accept service from the person who sent the notice, and your physical or electronic signature.
